Workout - Legs

This week’s workout is courtesy of Jacob O’Neil. Which, explains why it is absolutely deadly.

  • Warm Up - Stairmaster - 10 minutes on level 7

  • Warm up - Light Weight Leg Extensions - 2×30,20

  • Hack Squats - 3x,6,10,15 (decreasing weight each set)

  • Leg Press (Wide Stance) - 3×15,12,10 (increasing weight each set)

  • Dumbbell RDL - 2xfailure

  • Seated Hamstring Curls - 3×15,12,10 (increasing weight each set)

  • Sissy Squats - 1xfailure with a 45 pound plate

  • Leg Extensions - 1xfailure

  • Standing Machine Calf Raises - 4×20,20,15,12(drop set to 10 for last)

  • Stretch - 5 minutes

  • Rent a wheelchair and roll your way home - 1 set

Something to Watch - Steal

Show go start. Show go boom. This bad boy kicks off and it isn’t long after that when you are locked in. The show follows Sansa Stark as she goes from Queen of the North to pension fund investment banker when a gang of thieves come in for a heist. It is a totally bad day at the office. But a great set up for a tv show.

I think the trailer may be a bit too revealing, and I’d recommend just going in for the kill. But as we always do, here it is…
